PUBLIC BOAT LAUNCH:

Brown Bend Public Access and boat ramp is only minutes to the property; you will drive past it on the way to the rental.  Once your boat or personal watercraft is in the water, it is only minutes to our dock.  An empty boat slip is available for storing your watercraft while you are staying at our rental.

  • 1 kayak and 2 paddle boards are also available for your enjoyment.
  • Exercise equipment: Total Gym, light hand weights, exercise ball, workout videos with TV/DVD player are available in the garage area.
  • Outdoor living space with grill. CAUTION! We were not at the home during
    a remodel and the patio under the home was not poured correctly, so
    there is VERY LITTLE head room.
