When I was 5, I was diagnosed with epilepsy.  Because I started having seizures, my parents decided that they wanted to cut back on traveling and made a very important decision to purchase a lake house so I can be with them all the time.  Now, I will admit that I also have some separation anxiety while I’m not with my parents.  So, I thought, “what if other dogs don’t want to be separated from their parents and could travel with them too?”.  So, there you have it!  My second home, “Rascal’s Harbor” is a dog-friendly retreat that you can share with your whole family!!

I love riding in my parent’s boat and going paddle boarding off the dock! To be honest, I even enjoy just floating in the water with my mom and dad.  However, I always wear my life vest!!  You can borrow it too while you are here, but please return it to the hanging life vest area, I would be lost without my vest as I’m not a very good dog paddler!

If you have children as part of your pack, please make sure they wear life vests too! There are quite a few to choose from in the garage.

Dogs, please do me one favor though, train your owners to clean up after you.  If you happen to have an accident in the house, cleaning supplies are in the garage.  I also have a really nice pet waste station in the backyard for your use.
