Property Address & Parking
Parking is available in the driveway for 2-3 vehicles. The entrance to the home is to the right side of the driveway where the small deck is located.
Access Code: We will send you the access code to the door on the date of your arrival.
House Rules
🐾 Pet Friendly Space Maximum 8 Guests- Pet Policy: We must require that you clean up after your pet. A dog waste station with both waste bags and a waste shovel/rake is located in the back yard. Once you go down the back steps, turn right and go to the far side of the fence; the station is very visible. If you do not clean up after your pet, $50 will be deducted from your pet deposit to pay housekeeping for this extra task.
- No Smoking Inside: If you smoke, ashtrays may be found on the front deck, the low-clearance concrete patio and on the dock. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the lake. The house is located in an oak forest so please be careful.
- Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors who are full time residents—especially during nighttime hours (10 PM – 7 AM).
- Property Respect: Please respect the property. If you damage something, let us know so we can arrange for its replacement or repairs.
- Water Equipment: You have free access to two paddle boards and one kayak. Before check-out, please return these to the storage rack under the home.
- Outdoor Cooking Area: A gas grill with an extra propane tank is provided. Please turn off gas after use. If you need to switch tanks, please let us know. Please leave the area clean for the next occupants and clean/replace the BBQ utensils that will be found in an outdoor kitchen drawer.
- Trash: ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED. The trash collectors will not accept any trash that is not bagged.

- A couple of lakeside marinas close by with limited items
- Warsaw, MO: WalMart SuperCenter and Country Mart
- Climax Springs: Very small grocery store
- To the East (about 1 hour): Sunrise Beach, Camdenton, or Osage Beach
We will keep some limited kitchen items available such as cooking oil and spices. A selection of coffee and tea will be provided.
Safety Information
🦺 Children & Pet Safety
For the safety of your children and pets, the back yard is fenced and you must pass through a latched gate to walk out to the dock or to enter the water from the rocky shoreline.
MANDATORY: Children must wear a lifevest before going through the gate. An assortment of sizes is located in the brown cabinet in the garage. Dog vests are located in the bottom drawer.

CAUTION! The sitting area underneath the house has VERY LOW CLEARANCE. Please watch your head!
House Notebook
The house notebook (hanging next to the washer/dryer) contains the following important information:
- Wi-Fi name and password
- Location of important items (remote controls, life vests, games, karaoke machine, etc.)
- Check-out instructions
- Location of nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores
